GRATEFULNESS

A deep sense of gratitude is not only an integral part of Yoga, its transformative force can change our life for good. When is the last time you expressed your gratitude?

THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

Expressing my gratitude has become an integral part of my Sadhana. It enables me to stay dedicated, fills me with my daily dose of positivity and reminds me of the most precious gift I got: This life!

I am grateful for so more experiences not mentioned in the clip above, but while creating that video I tried to break down my gratitude to a short clip, otherwise it would have become a really long movie. :-)

But be sure of one thing: I am grateful for you to be here on that blog reading this right now. Thank you!

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

Kavalya Dhyan is my spiritual name. It was given to me according to the numerology of my birth date. I chose to get it because it helps me to connect to the infinite part of me -

my soul.
