Hi, I'm Kavalya Dhyan
Welcome to my blog.
Kavalya Dhyan is my spiritual name. It was given to me according to the numerology of my birth date and it helps me to connect with the infinite part of me - my soul.

This blog is my personal temple of expression, growth and healing. I would love to share it with other souls who are open to join the spirit of love for Yoga and spreading love as such.

Practicing Yoga is a gift to myself, it is an act of self-cultivation and self-love. With my stories and classes I would like to inspire everybody to taste from the fruits of a regular Yoga practice. Already 11 minutes a day can make a big change.
