KAVALYA DHYAN

Kavalya Dhyan is my spiritual name. It was given to me according to the numerology of my birth date and it helps me to connect with the infinite part of me - my soul.

This blog is my personal temple of expression, growth and healing. I would love to share it with other souls who are open to join the spirit of love for Yoga and spreading love as such.

Practicing Yoga is my gift to myself, it is an act of self-cultivation and self-love. It keeps me sane in this fast paced, media driven world we are living in.

By sharing milestones of my spiritual journey I would like to give back something from the treasures I have gotten on my Yoga path so far. 

With my stories and classes I would like to inspire everybody to taste from the fruits of a regular Yoga practice.
