Yoga is a sacred practice that enhances our connection with ourselves. It is designed to help us lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. It typically takes a minimum of 40 days to form a new habit and it takes 90 days to confirm it. A regular practice can have a powerful impact on our lives. Besides improving our overall well-being by a better sleep and deep relaxation, it also can: • raise our level of awareness and resilience • develop physical strength and emotional fitness • strengthen our intuition • break old patterns and clear the subconsciousness • promote healthy habits • provide us with precious tools to deal with stress This offer is perfect for students with prior experience who wish to deepen their daily Kundalini Yoga routine. It includes: • One Video call (30min.) • Tailored Yoga practice according to your needs • 1 private Online Kick-Off-Yoga-Session (60min.) • 2 private Online Yoga session (45 - 60min.) • Coaching (90days) by email or text messages The process begins with a video call to discuss your needs, based on which a tailored yoga routine will be crafted to align with your requirements. The duration of your daily practice will be mutually agreed upon to ensure it can fit into your schedule. Subsequently, you will continue with your regular practice. There is the option of a follow-up Video call in the middle of the cycle. Upon completion, we will schedule another session. Throughout this period, should you need any guidance or support, I will offer coaching via email or text messages. PLEASE NOTE: Results regarding benefits do vary according to physical differences, correctness and frequency of the practice. If you have an injury or illness and are in doubt as to whether yoga is suitable for you, please consult your doctor/health practitioner.
