Yoga is a sacred practice that enhances our connection with ourselves. It is designed to help us lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. It typically takes a minimum of 40 days to form a new habit. Even 11minutes can already have a significant impact on your life. Besides improving our overall well-being by a better sleep and deep relaxation, it also can: • raise our level of awareness and resilience • develop physical strength and emotional fitness • strengthen our intuition • break old patterns and clear the subconsciousness • promote healthy habits • provide us with precious tools to deal with stress This offer is ideal for people interested in establishing a daily Kundalini Yoga routine, but don't have enough time for a comprehensive daily Yoga routine. It includes: • Definition of your needs by email • Tailored Yoga practice (3-11min. a day) • 1 private Online Kick-Off-Yoga-Session (30min.) • 1 private Online Yoga session (30min.) • Coaching by email or text messages (40days) The process begins with a discussion of your needs by email, based on which a personalized yoga routine (3-11min. per day) will be designed. The duration of the practice will be agreed upon. During the Kick-Off-Yoga-Session we will practice together. Following this, you will continue with your daily practice. According to your needs, we will set another Yoga session either after half time of the cycle or at the conclusion. Throughout this period, should you require any guidance or support, I will provide coaching via email, text messages. There is no previous experience of Yoga needed, but the commitment to dedicate yourself for 40 days is vital to the success of your personal transformation. This offer is ideal for people who have a busy lifestyle but would like to taste the fruits of a regular Yoga practice.
